奶油焦糖手撕面包

其实上回做好了奶油焦糖酱后,
就找了一天尝试这款自觉卖相很不错的面包。
 
味道嘛~咸咸甜甜带奶香,可以接受。

不过,就是太懒了,迟至今日才编辑好。

所以,它又成了除草帖。:P




 


配方取自:这里
 
奶油焦糖手撕面包
 
材料:
高粉 200g
细糖 10g
全脂牛奶 120g-130g
盐 2g
奶油焦糖酱 25g
奶油 10g
即溶酵母 3g

涂抹用途:
奶油焦糖酱 25g
奶油 10g

混合拌匀

做法:
1)一般后油直接法。面团完成初步发酵后,排气,杆开成长方形。
2)均分为4等份。
3)将涂抹用途的奶油焦糖酱与奶油混合;然后取2/3的量,均匀抹在面团上。
4)将4条面片重叠,再将叠好的面团等分为四份。
5)7寸戚风模具涂油撒粉,将切割好的面团围绕烟囱排成一圈。
6)盖上保鲜膜,进行最后发酵至双倍大。将剩余的涂抹酱涂在面团表面。
7)送入预热烤箱140度°-18分钟。(温度视个人烤箱调整)
8)出炉后脱模待凉,撒上防潮糖粉装饰即可。
