1)水皮和油皮均分为12份。</div>

2)1份水皮包入1份油皮,杆开卷起;二次杆卷后,再次杆开成圆片。</div>

3)包入馅料,捏紧收口。</div>

4)送入预热烤箱200°度15-20分钟。(温度要高,内部才会熟透,口感酥脆。)</div>

熬猪油做法:<br />
<br />
1. 把肥猪油丁放入锅中,加入水。<br />
<br />
2. 用低温烹煮30分钟,不时的搅拌。<br />
<br />
3. 30分钟后,用滤网把猪油过滤。<br />
<br />
4. 倒入干净的玻璃管。<br />
<br />
5. 待猪油完全冷却后,放入冰箱冷藏。<br />
